How can business founders and their heirs experience optimal levels of entrepreneurial spirit through their lives? Join us as we discuss:
- The forces fueling a family business founderâs untiring drive, and how to keep this burning at optimal levels.
- Why a founderâs heirs - typically advantaged from birth cannot avail themselves to their âhead startâ in life.
- How to help both generations in a family business understand, and have sympathy for, the unseen but incredibly potent, psychological burdens they experience
For Founders:
- How can I sustain my passion to achieve new heights when I owe it to my children to preserve the family fortune?
- How can I not retire against my will? I want to allow my children to manifest their desire to run a business, but I have no desire to âsmell the rosesâ and atrophy.
- Starting over is terrifying: How can I live-up to the press clippings Iâve amassed building my business?
For Heirs:
- How can I make a business my father built feel like my own?
- How can I pursue my passion to achieve and not, in psychological terms, slap my father in the face?
- How can I tell my parents, âItâs my turnâ and not seem ungrateful?
